Expectation from company: For this requirement, The Candidate should have a min of 5 years experience.

• Must have Good legal research and Negotiation skills
• Should have a First Class Degree in law from a recognized University
• Should have an exposure and knowledge in Law Firm / Govt. / PSU
• Must be well versed in legal department at a senior position
• Should possess through knowledge of  Laws pertaining to Corporate, Commercial, Labour and Industrial, Petroleum, Taxation, Land Acquisition, Merger and Acquisition, Collaboration, IPR as well as Foreign Trade and International laws pertaining to registration of corporate offices abroad, setting- up of joint ventures / Consortium/ Amalgamation and restructuring
• Should have hands on knowledge in drafting and vetting of documents and pleadings, incorporation of Joint Ventures, Joint bidding, Licensing agreement, Secrecy and non-disclosure agreements, Legal Compliance as per SEBI and Government regulations
