Expectation from company: The Candidate should have a min of 5 to 8 years experience and must possess good communication skills in English and Hindi, including oral and written, good analytical skills and good interpersonal skills.

• Windows, MS Office and Internet skills necessary
• Should have an exposure and knowledge of gender and violence issues in health sector with Government/NG0s
• Should be responsible for development of project of Gender Health Support Centre including designing, planning, implementation, training, monitoring and evaluation
• Must be aware of Medical, Healthcare, R&D, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology
• Should have an ability to organize and conduct training on gender issues for staffs and stakeholders
• Should know about gender violence and health
• Must be able to prepare documentation and report
• Should have willingness to travel
