• Required candidates as Branch / Divisional Sales Manager, Insurance Advisors, Ops manager, Trainer
• Should have an exposure and knowledge of finance and investment
• Must know IRDA regulations
• Should have good knowledge of underwriting and ops processes
• Should meet unit business sales targets through quality recruitment and training of Insurance advisors and motivation abilities
• Should be responsible for recruit a team of Insurance advisors as per the corporate strategy and maintain the levels of productivity
• Should be able to develop various business segments as per sales strategy with compliance
• Must be able to interact with customers
• Should have an ability to train IAs with the help of training team
